Murtha is in a lot of trouble in PA. Most polls have it as a dead heat. What does an evil congressman do when faced with defeat? He seeks the deep pockets of an even more evil George Soros and MoveOn.org. We can only wait to see what kind of slander MoveOn will spew this weekend about William Russel. Hold on to your hats. This weekend is going to be a whirlwind.

I guess it won’t be that hard to reach across the aisle after all. Pelosi and Reid have announced that a one party rule of the White House and Congress will create bipartisanship. Republicans do not agree. Although I think the mid-term election of 2006 was on the shoulders of the GOP and the war in Iraq (at that time), I cannot understand how a one party rule will create a bipartisan utopia on Capitol Hill.
Now comes Senator Schumer, to explain to us how and why a one party rule will actually help this country in a time of Change.

[Republicans] can’t win on domestic policy; they can’t win on foreign policy; they can’t win on sort of trying to tag our candidates; so the latest theme is, ‘Oh, let’s have some balance in government. Let’s have divided government,’ ” Schumer said at a press briefing. “Our view is very simple, and that is Republican senators, Republican incumbents aren’t for checks and balances. They’re for blocking change and backing [President] Bush.”
OK, Senator Schumer, using your logic you and the Democrats are not for change of this country but to push and back Obama’s socilaist platform. Or Democrats were only for blocking numerous bills and judicial nominees during the last 8 years. Remember the filabuster and the Nuclear option? Ring any bells?
The legislative process was created for political debate. The way you imagine democracy is not a democracy at all. That would be called a Monarchy…at best. The king Obama, who rules with out disagreeance, the Lords, the Legislature, who only look at the best interest of the King and who are unopposed by any other being. The future of any entity thrives on debate. It is only through debate where innovation can take life. POLITICAL DEBATE is what makes this country great. It is the basis for ”Free Speech” in the First Amendment.
It is through debate that helped form my political views. At my High School the Republicans/conservatives were mocked. In Government class my senior year, we completed a questionnaire which would tell us where stood politically. I purposely answered so I would be deemed a moderate, just because I did not want to be a democrat or republican. It was not until later, in my college classes, where debate was unfettered. I heard things which forced me to research different ideas and ideologies. It was through this research that I became a conservative. Not because of my friends or family, but because political debate asked me to question what my core beliefs were. Without this debate, I would still be a PC moderate, making sure not to piss anyone off. I am glad for the liberals, socialists, communists, monarchists, and conservatives I met at UNLV (a very liberal school) who sparked my intellect. It was through political debate which made me who I am today. It is POLITICAL DEBATE which makes this country great.

We have 60 votes before you can do certain kinds of spending increases. The Senate is always supposed to be, Chris, the cooling saucer.”

We have some more voter fraud problems in PA:
In a Pittsburg courtroom, an ex-staffer testified that ACORN’s efforts were hand in hand with an Obama “Get-out-the-vote” association called Project Vote, and the Obama campaign turned over its donor lists. The ex-staffer said that her testimony is influenced by the low income wokers who were thrown under the bus after the crap hit the fan.
Anita Moncrief, a former Washington, D.C. staffer for Project Vote, which she described as a sister organization of ACORN, said her supervisor told her the list of campaign contributors came from the Obama campaign. Moncrief said she has a copy of a “development plan” that outlines how Obama contributors who had “maxed out” under federal contribution limits would be targeted to give to Project Vote, and that it was her job to identify such contributors.
Moncrief testified that ACORN and Project Vote were virtually identical…
As I have said many times, this election is in for a long ride. I do not think we will wake up on November 5th with a President Elect.

In a separate interview, a college Professor claims that Obama has accomplished enough to be President. The number one, and only, reason…He’s brought this country together. If that’s the case President Bush brought this country together in 2004 because he got 52% of the vote, more than you have in most polls. If that’s all that is needed to become President, Zac Efron (if he were old enough) should run for President. He is the lead in “High School Musical” which is among the most popular trilogies in movie history. Most people love him.

Ed Rendell has thrown yet another “Race Card” into the ring. Mr. Rendell now calls PA’s desire to enforce voter registration laws as “Jim Crow”-ish. What in the hell are you talking about? The supply of Race Cards in this election has driven the price down to a 41 year low. ’nuff said. End.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows Barack Obama attracting 50% of the vote nationwide while John McCain earns 47%. This is the first time McCain has been within three points of Obama in more than a month and the first time his support has topped 46% since September 24 (see trends). One percent (1%) of voters prefer a third-party option and 2% are undecided.
Barney Frank now alleges that he is being picked on for his horrible oversight of the Housing/Financial Market, not because of his past performance…but because he’s gay. That would make as much sense as Dubya claiming he is picked on because he’s straight…or a man…or right handed.
Mr. Frank, you might want to look in the mirror and take some responsibility. At least some responsibility for the housing crisis, some responsibility for wanting to cut military spending by 25%, and at least some responsibility for wanting to substantially raise taxes.

In an attempt to knock McCain on Social Security, The One pretended to be in pain and then grabbed his heart as if he was have having a heart attack; a la Fred Sanford on Sanford and Son. Obama then said “I’m coming Weezie”. One problem, Weezie was from the Jeffersons…not Sanford and Son. Fred used to say “Elizabeth, I coming baby”…for his dead wife, as if he were talking to her in heaven.
The famous line Obama mixed up was from Redd Foxx’s Fred Sanford character, who faked having a heart attack to draw sympathy from his son, Lamont:
“Oh, this is the big one! You hear that, Elizabeth?! I’m coming to join you, honey!”
